Dr. Shane Mulligan

Dr. Shane Mulligan is a dedicated and compassionate DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist trained in Ireland. He specialises in working with children and adolescents and has gained extensive experience across hospital, community, and educational settings through the Irish national health service, the Irish national child and family agency, and in Dubai.

Shane is committed to providing the highest standard of care to help clients overcome challenges. He uses a client-centred, holistic approach that draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. His interventions are tailored to the unique needs of each child or young person, with an emphasis on building strengths and resilience. Shane works collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and schools to support meaningful progress.

In addition to his clinical work, Shane is passionate about advancing the field of clinical psychology and child well-being. He has published research in national and international journals and presented at conferences. Shane also provides clinical supervision for mental health professionals working with children and young people.
