Pricing and currency information
The standard transaction currency is UAE Dirhams (AED). If a customer uses a credit card issued outside the UAE, the final billed amount may vary due to exchange rates and any card issuer fees. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. Vivamus reserves the right to change service prices at any time for unpaid services and to accept or decline specific card types.
Payment confirmation
Once payment has been made and the session has been held, Vivamus will issue an invoice confirming payment completion.
Information accuracy
All information provided by the customer must be true and correct. Any false or fraudulent information may be treated as a criminal offence under UAE law. Vivamus reserves the right to refuse service, report fraudulent data to authorities, recover costs and legal fees and initiate legal proceedings for fraudulent use of the site or breaches of these terms.
Return, refund and cancellation policy
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged. If an order requires additional information, the customer must provide it within 5 working days or the request will be cancelled. Approved requests will be processed and payment deducted only for approved items. Refunds are made through the original payment method and may take up to 45 days.
Liability
Credit or debit card details and personal information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to third parties and will only be used for payment processing.

Other terms
