Next Level Couples Course

The Next Level Couples Course is designed for couples preparing for a major commitment, such as marriage, moving in together or deciding to have children. Many challenges that later bring couples into therapy could be identified and addressed early, helping partners build stronger, more satisfying relationships.

Couples benefit from a comprehensive assessment and guided joint sessions that focus on cultivating the relationship they want. The course includes:

  • 5× 90-minute joint sessions aimed at strengthening relationships and addressing challenges
  • A comprehensive questionnaire to identify strengths and growth areas
  • An optional report that provides valuable insights for future stages of the relationship

Themes explored include:

  • Finances
  • Children and parenting styles
  • Families of origin
  • Religion
  • Culture
  • Intimacy
  • Attachment styles
  • Communication styles

Session structure: 5× 90-minute joint sessions (schedule arranged individually)
Duration: Typically completed over several weeks
Cost: From 8,200 AED (excluding report). 9,500 AED (including report).

Facilitator: Dr. Cheryl Warsama is a UK-trained Counselling Psychologist with decades of experience working with couples. She is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society, registered with the HCPC in the UK, and licensed with the DHA in the UAE. In providing the Next Level Couples Course, Dr. Cheryl draws on what she has come to identify as common pitfalls in relationships, helping couples spot challenges early and build on their strengths to navigate them more smoothly.
