Relationship Wellness Course for Couples

The Relationship Wellness Course for Couples is designed for those who are not in crisis, where the foundations of trust and respect are present, and both members of the couple are committed to making positive change. It offers the right balance of exploration and practical skills within a clear, finite structure.

This course is likely to be helpful if:

  • Your relationship is not in crisis
  • Both members of the couple are committed to making positive change
  • The bases of trust and respect are present
  • One or both of you can identify areas where your relationship could be enhanced — for example, communication, parenting styles, intimacy, or pressures from extended family

The course includes:

  • 1× 90-minute joint assessment session
  • 2× 50-minute individual sessions
  • A comprehensive questionnaire to identify strengths and challenges and provide direction for subsequent sessions
  • A report that summarises the strengths and challenges identified, together with the skills you have learned. This report serves as a reference for the future and highlights areas that may be sensitive as you enter different stages of your relationship
  • 1× 90-minute final joint session to bring everything together, further develop relationship skills and provide direction for the future

Session structure: 2× 90-minute joint sessions, 2× 50-minute individual sessions (schedule arranged individually)
Duration: Typically completed over several weeks
Cost: 6,450 AED (includes all sessions, questionnaire, analyses and report)
